RTAonline.co.uk is hosted by 1&1 Internet Ltd. All servers are held behind Cisco PIX 501 firewalls and served by Sophos Anti-virus. All incoming and outgoing traffic is monitored against virus's, hacking attempts and other malicious traffic. Data security is managed by RTA (Business Consultants) Ltd and all data is subject to a full daily backup to hard copy and is then kept in secure storage.

3.2 SSL Certification
SSL is used for secure encryption of data to and from the client and server. All servers are SSL certified.

3.3 Limited Access
Secure data held by rtaonline.co.uk can only be accessed by RTA (Business Consultants) Ltd. employees and directors, together with its web services provider Totally Webwise Ltd. (Details of Totally Webwise Ltd can be obtained by visiting their web site at www.totallywebwise.co.uk, or by requesting information from RTA by sending an email request to webmaster@rtaonline.co.uk.

RTA (Business Consultants) Ltd will not outsource data manipulation to any 3rd party other than their web service company, currently Totally Webwise Ltd.

3.4 User Access
In order to view business details held on the rtaonline.co.uk website users are required to register on the site. Registration information is held securely and is not put into the public domain.

Registered users who are selling their businesses through rtaonline.co.uk similarly will have their private data stored securely and have control over the amount and content of any information they wish to place in the public domain.

3.5 Passwords
All registered users are required to provide a unique password to enable them to login when revisiting rtaonline.co.uk.
